After much contemplation and information gathering, we're finally pretty much set on the planning for the "People We Know Reunion" that my brother was talking about earlier. It's not a Cray Family Reunion, by the way. It's for US! Basically, July 29th and 30 seems to be perfect, but we need to find out how many people will be able and/or planning to attend before we reserve everything. For my Peeps who have represented at Cray family reunions before, it won't be at PCS Conference Center because the idiots decided to change the pricing from free for employees to $600 a day. However, Chuck went to Stephen Foster Memorial in White Springs and we can rent the dining hall for only $65. We figure we should have the official party at night and throw the real deal cookout on Saturday during the day. Everybody, PLEASE let us know whether it will be better to make this a two-day event (Friday night, Saturday all day) or just make it Saturday all the way through...

REALLY large, fully furnished, AIR-CONDITIONED cabins (2 bedrooms, 1 bath) are also available that can sleep 6 comfortably (using beds) for $90. If folks break down and sleep in the living room, each will sleep several more still. The cabins can be for people who have long trips and no place to stay around here.
